A: It clearly states that the ROM is only for 4.1.2 which is meant only for Jelly Bean users.

BACKUP YOUR APPS/DATA BEFORE FLASHING TO AVOID LOSS OF DATA
Installation: Flash through TWRP recovery, wipe cache and data after flashing.
